Jennifer Hawkins Unveils Audi’s New A4 in Sydney

Audi’s all new A4 was unveiled in Sydney on Friday night 4 April 2008 by Audi Ambassador, Jennifer Hawkins.

Around 150 guests gathered at the specially-designed “A4 Central” (Simmer on the Bay) on Hickson Road to celebrate the official launch of the all new Audi A4 in Australia.

For two weeks, Audi has turned Hickson Rd into ‘A4 Central’, flooding the area with a dazzling array of metal in red, white and blue. Daily drive programs for invited guests have been departing from A4 Central, with the new car taking to Sydney’s streets for the first time.



On Friday night, at the official launch reception for the new car, Audi Ambassador, Jennifer Hawkins, made a spectacular, surprise entrance in the new A4 to the delight of guests which included Collette Dinnigan, Sandra Sully, Adam Gilchrist, Matthew Burke, Wayne Gardner, Alisa Camplin and Todd Woodbridge.

“The all new Audi A4 is Audi’s most important new car. It is our brand ambassador and the best-known car in our range worldwide. Audi has produced and sold more than 8.5 million A4’s since it first went into production in 1972 and I am confident that this new model will make a major contribution to our sales success” said Audi’s managing director, Joerg Hofmann.
